Local truck shop makes and installs a lot of the pipe/pin style locks under the front of the fifth wheel just did this to one of my trucks to pull a framless dump, i welded a piece of 3/8 steel about 3 in wide on on the front of the 5th wheel on each side then done same thing on 5th wheel frame drilled holes in both pieces welded nuts on the back side of the bottom pieces and just put a 1 in bolt in each side to lock 5th wheel solid , hope this.
